Overview

Restaking Operators bring the much needed economic security and verifiability to any off chain service. Restaking platforms like EigenLayer, Babylon, Solayer and others have created a marketplace where the trust within the top public blockchains like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana can be reused to secure off-chain applications.

In Atlas Network, the stake that these operators bring is used to ensure the robustness of the network by providing an additional layer of crypto-economic security to node networks. Critical tasks like payment verification, rewards calculation, and node score calculation are done by these operators.
